Lead by our Program Director Shane Henise, Ed.M., M.A. and frequent cofacilitator Thomas Coughlin, LCPC, NCC, this training lays the foundation of expectations for all RYA volunteers.

Training will cover how RYA strives to maintain high standards of care to ensure we best support our youth and volunteers.

This is required training for all volunteers before being allowed to interact with the youth.
